Mail Time! July 2015

I'm back, friends! It's been a busy two weeks, but I am happy to report that my laptop is up and running! My internship is over, and I plan to get down to business with keeping this blog updated. My goal right now is to up my posts to twice a week. Think I can do it? We'll find out!

Today I'd like to bring you another "Mail Time!" post. I've had some mail pile up (including some subscription boxes) and I always like sharing. It's essentially a haul from my mailbox. Plus, I think these are a good sneak peek of what's to come on the blog.

Let's get to the good stuff~

E.L.F. Essential Eyeshadow Refill Pan in Teal ($.39)

Not too long ago, e.l.f. was having one of their "Free shipping on any order" promotions, which is my favorite thing since I never put in big orders and I hate paying for shipping. They also had a bunch of products on sale, so I decided to go for it. In typical 20-something fashion, I just decided to pick up a single eyeshadow. It was on sale for 39 cents, so I figured why not? I felt a little bad since e.l.f. was probably losing money in this exchange, but I'm happy to have this now! It looks like it was my favorite eyeshadow from my e.l.f. Little Black Beauty Book, so we'll find out! I don't see their Essential Refill Pans on their website anymore, so I'm wondering if they were on sale because they were being phased out.

GARNIER Ultra-Lift Miracle Sleeping Cream (free sample)

I haven't seen too many good free samples going around lately, but I was excited to try this one. I believe I  I'm always looking for a good nighttime moisturizer from the drugstore (#studentloans), so I hope this works well! If you missed this one, I always post any freebies I find on my Facebook page, so make sure you're following!

BUTTER LONDON Giveaway Prize

My pal Kristina over at The Feminine Files always hosts great giveaways, and I was so excited when I found out I won one! She works with Butter London a lot, but I've never tried any of their products before, so I can't wait to play with these and see what I think. I'm planning on giving myself a pedicure with the included nail polish today. I'll let you know how it goes!

Mystery Pack

Over on the Subscriptions Anonymous Facebook group, the wonderful admin Kayla was putting together mystery packs from her previous Birchboxes in an effort to de-stash. I couldn't be happier with it! I'll let you guys know what I think of these as I play with them.

Birchbox for June

Since I was only going to Connecticut for two months, I didn't bother changing my mailing address. Which means I essentially got two Birchboxes this month!

Birchbox for July

It was like Christmas, getting not one but two Birchboxes this month! I picked the curated box for July, so it wasn't that much of a surprise, but it was still much appreciated!

AN IPSY BAG???

I was looking at blog reviews on the Interwebz and Ipsy looks like they've amped up their game since the last time I was subscribed. My blog stats also tell me that my Ipsy reviews are still really popular, even two years later. And I want to give the crowd what they want! So I resubscribed this month and I think I'm going to get next month, too. What do you think of Ipsy? Are you subscribed?

Not as many free samples this time around, but I got plenty of products to play with (as if I didn't have enough already). August's favorites post is going to be a good one, I just know it.

What goodies have you gotten in the mail this month?

Disclaimer: I paid for the subscription boxes and Kayla's mystery pack myself. The Garnier was a free sample. I won the giveaway on Kristina's blog. So that's that.
