Review: Chella Eyebrow Defining Gel

Hello everyone! Today I'll be reviewing Chella's Defining Eyebrow Gel. I received a .12 fl oz. sample back in November in my Ipsy Glam Bag and it's lasted me a decent amount of time. I'm sad to say I think I'm almost out! I've really been liking it so far.

This is my first experience with a brow gel, and now I don't know if I'll ever be able to live without it. I've been having a difficult time trying to find an eyeshadow or brow powder to fill in my brows (they're not really sparse, but they can always use a little filling in). My hair is dark/dirty blonde, so light powders are always too light, and of course I'm too blonde to wear a brunette color. So, I've been using this gel to at least tame "the beasts" into submission. ;) It's a clear brow gel, so it doesn't add any color, but it definitely does its job at taming my eyebrows.

I have to say, I really like it. It tames even my most stubborn eyebrow hairs into place and makes them look less monstrous! And I hate tweezing/waxing my brows, so this definitely tides me over until the next time I force myself to get them done. It doesn't flake, keeps my brows in place all day (and mine are pretty thick), and doesn't leave them feeling crusty or hard.

A full-sized Chella Defining Eyebrow Gel retails for $18 (.2 fl oz) and can be purchased on Chella's website. This sample is probably worth around $11-$12, and I'd say it's definitely worth it (and I'm pretty cheap!).

How do you deal with your brows?

With love,
